We really appreciate your trust in our products. Since all our items are food-based, they can’t be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

That said, we pack your order with care. But if any part of it gets damaged during delivery, we’ll be happy to offer a proportionate refund based on the damaged quantity

on the same day you receive it.   To help us sort things out quickly, include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged product

If possible, an unboxing video
